Terms of Use & Licensing Agreement

By purchasing or downloading any product from Dream Empire Vault, you agree to the following terms:

1. License Type

All products are sold under a Personal/Business Use License unless you have purchased a separate Resale/Commercial License.

• Personal/Business Use License: You may use the product to promote your own business, brand, or personal project. You may edit and customize templates for your own use.

• Resale/Commercial License (sold separately): Required if you wish to sell, redistribute, or include our templates/products as part of any product or service you offer to others.

2. Prohibited Uses Without a Resale License

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, share, or transfer the products in original or modified form.

• Claim the products or designs as your own work.

• Give away templates, even for free, without a resale license.

• Use the products in any way that competes directly with Dream Empire Vault.

3. Resale/Commercial License Policy

If you wish to sell items created from our templates, you must:

• Purchase a valid Resale/Commercial License from us before selling.

• Follow the guidelines included with your license agreement.

• Keep your license proof for verification if requested.

Failure to comply with licensing rules will be considered copyright infringement and may result in legal action, including monetary damages.

4. Copyright Ownership

All designs, templates, and products remain the intellectual property of Dream Empire Vault. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership — it grants you a license to use it under the terms stated above.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have issues with your download, contact us, and we’ll ensure you receive your files.
